Jacqueline (Jaki) Supra
Candidate for Hastings-Havelock North General Ward

Standing with CARE for Hastings-Citizens Against Rates Excesses

Proven track record in international and local markets across business development, marketing, contact centre optimisation, and process reengineering - focused on driving performance, efficiency, and customer value.

I will bring a practical, common-sense approach to council. I believe in maintaining essential services while ensuring ratepayers get real value for money. Good financial management isn’t about saying no - it’s about saying yes to the things that matter most, and ensuring they’re delivered efficiently and effectively. That includes taking a responsible approach to council debt - using any surplus to reduce it as a priority and refusing to pass unnecessary burdens onto future generations.
